Lost soul: Chapter 8 Final

Naruto:  Lost Soul.
Sequel to Shattered Spirit.

Chapter 8

A tail of chakra waved in the air behind Naruto. “Let's see which demon is more powerful.” Naruto grinned.
And at that, the two demons clashed. The gang running for their lives in order to avoid death.
The fight was almost impossible to imagine, as the two demons exchanged blows, cutting up the other with claws, biting down with fangs, as each one increasingly grew more powerful. Two tails, three tails… Naruto was still on par with him. Naruto’s skin began to tear and blood mixed with his chakra as a fourth tail appeared, but still he was on Par, his features began to take the shape of a fox, a snout, his hand and legs become more like paws, a fifth tail. Kushina moved away to remain safe, but close enough to keep an eye on the battle.
She was now afraid; her son now resembled a five tailed, smaller version of the fox that had killed her husband… Minato, the fourth Hokage.
Katsu was now becoming overwhelmed, not just by the power, but the size of the Kyuubi-Naruto was double his.
He tried everything to harm him, but his jutsu’s and physical attacks just began to bounce off of the Kyuubi shell.
A demonic laughter filled the air, as Kyuubi-Naruto glared at Demon-Katsu, with a horrible grin on his fox-like face.
He then bit at Demon-Katsu, removing an arm, as he flung him away, high into the air.
Kyuubi-Naruto’s form began to shrink as a tail exploded into a thousand bubbles of blue and red Chakra. Which then began to gravitate together over Kyuubi-Naruto, and forming a purple sphere of Chakra, which then was thrown into the air by Kyuubi-Naruto with a flick of his four remaining tails? It shot up high into the sky, impacting Katsu a moment later, causing a large explosion that lit up the sky, brighter than the sun ever had.

Kushina took cover as the blast wave hit the ground, and sending dust, leaves and the rubble of the encampment buildings, which were now being destroyed by the blasts, flying in every direction.
After the calmed, she rushed back to where she had last seen Naruto.
She gasped as she witnessed her son lying on the floor, and rushed to him, hoping he was alright, and witnessed as he skin began to heal back.
After a few minutes, Naruto opened his eyes. “M-mom?” he muttered, wearily.
“I’m here.” She said, brushing his hair back.
Naruto smiled as he passed out again.

Several days later, Hinata was waiting at the gates with Umeko, as were several other people. She had received a message from Naruto that he was coming home. It hadn’t said how things had gone, so she eagerly anticipated his return.
“He’ll be here soon.” Sakura reassured her, even though it might not even be for several more hours.
“I know he will.” She said. Hinata looked down at Umeko, who was sucking on her pacifier happily.
“Hey… over there.” Called out Neji, who was using his Byakugan. “He’s… with someone!”
Everyone began to wonder who it could be Naruto was travelling with, most just dismissed it as a travelling companion who was simply heading the same way.

As Naruto stepped into the village, Hinata ran up to him, “NARUTO!” she cried, happy to see him, tear of joy running down her cheeks. Naruto ran up to her and hugged her, being careful of their daughter, and kissing Hinata passionately on the lips. “Oh god I missed you.” He said, when he broke the kiss.
“I missed you two.” Hinata said.
“So… this is your wife, Hinata?” Kushina asked.
“Yes.” Naruto happily replied.
“She’s very pretty, and you have a beautiful baby girl.” Kushina said, crying happily, “I still think you’re too young though.” She said, scowling at Naruto.
“Umm… who are?” Hinata asked, not too happy with what she just said, “And why is it your business when he marries?”
“Err… Hinata… this is…”
“Kushina?” Tsunade said, shocked to see her.
“S-sensei?!” Kushina said, a little surprised herself.
“Sensei?!” said Naruto and Hinata.
“Yes… I was once Tsunade sensei’s student.” Kushina explained.
“It’s because of that, that your parents met in the first place.” Tsunade added, “I still used to team up with Jiraiya back then, and well… our teams mingled.”
“Ooooh.” Naruto said.
“It’s so good to see you again Sensei.” Kushina bowed.
Tsunade smiled, happy to see her old student alive.

A few days passed by, and Kushina restarted her life in the village, alongside Shizune as another assistant to Tsunade.
Naruto relaxed over this time. Especially after Hinata punched him through a window for kissing another girl, in a sudden fit of Jealousy, apologizing over and over as he achingly stumbled back to their home.
But even so... Naruto felt content in his life. He was happily married, a Shinobi again, he had found his mother, and he was back on track to the title of Hokage.
