Savage QUEEN

The 'Savage Queen' is the leader of the proverbial army of savages that will hunt the player(s) down in certain areas, they range from mad, feral folks who'll harass players to more 'elite' savages who'll happily go toe to toe with players just for the hell of it.

When/if encountered she'll use her cunning, wits and guile to command her new savage army to make better decisions about how they can take down the player(s) maybe by cutting them off or splitting them up.

She is openly hostile towards anyone who is not of her 'tribe' and is a quite capable fighter if cornered as she (as a 'boss type' character) will level up along with the player(s). Her main goal is just to take, take and take some more. feeding and arming her new found army. 

She'll gladly send her minions to track down any group who has something she wants, from a simple, shiny trinket to full blown supplies.
