Sakura combines the chakra scalpel jutsu with the chakra enhanced strength technique to create large chakra blades with great cutting power. Sakura first builds up chakra in her fists while performing the chakra scalpels through her chakra enhanced strength technique and releases the stored chakra into the scalpels. This will increase the size of the scalpels as well as there lethality; this technique requires intense chakra control in order to perform the two techniques simultaneously.
