"Will Of Fire"... the so beautiful shrape, that everyone can have except those, who are no needed to the village (pity outsiders, weak small countries - Yahiko and Nagato -, ex rivals of the holy senju clan - Uchiha clan and the other clans -)... but where was that "Will Of Fire" when Danzo sabotated Naruto's come back and by that allowed to Pain to kill the half village, or when the Uchiha clan was innocent about the Kyuubi's Attack yet they blamed them and discriminated them instead of beliving in them, or when they had 3 years to bring back Sasuke and in the end chose the easier way (killing him instead of saving him), or when they could finally end the 3th Shinobi War with the help of Yahiko but choose to win it rather than stop the bloodshed....

So, yes, very nice phrase, but the more we see the village the more clearer that it's nothing more but the easiest way to manipulating the villagers to kill themselves for the sake of the village's leaders.
